April 20 is the National Look Alike Day to honor those who have the same facial features as another person. It is a day to celebrate the similarities between people. Look Alike Day was created to honor identical twins, copycats, and anyone else who resembles another person.
Hollywood is full of celebrity doppelgangers and some are extremely convincing. Chrissy Teigen and Khloe Kardashian get mistaken for each other many times. And some think Lucy Hale and Selena Gomez are secretly related. On the occasion of National Look Alike Day, below are five celebrity doppelgangers who look similar.

Mila Kunis and Sarah Hyland
On The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Sarah shared that people mistakes her for Mila Kunis "a ton." So much so that Mila gave her permission to act like the actor from 'That '70s Show' when fans confuse them.
Hyland revealed to InStyle in 2014 that she had discussed her resemblance with Kunis, who also acknowledged that she was frequently mistaken for Hyland.
Margot Robbie and Emma Mackey
The resemblance between the Harley Quinn actress Margot Robbie and 'Sex Education' star Emma Mackey is uncanny. "I truly don't see it by any means," Mackey told the Independent. "Like, it's wonderful to be compared with Margot Robbie, but mostly I’d rather people focus on the jobs that we’re both doing rather than what we look like."
